At Fitness to Practise we recognise that revalidation brings training needs. For those who want to manage their own revalidation, we can provide specialised training programmes to give medical practitioners the confidence and skills necessary to do so. In addition, we recognise the role of personal assistants and secretaries in the revalidation process and provide customised training programmes to equip them with the knowledge necessary to assist.
Custom-made training programmes
Whether you are a doctor, a small practice or a designated body, Fitness to Practise has the skills and knowledge to deliver training programmes to meet your requirements. Training is available on a one-to-one basis or in groups, either on site at your premises or online. Fitness to Practise will deliver a tailored programme to meet the specific requirements of your organisation.
Experience has taught us that not everyone has the same requirements when it comes to revalidation, therefore we will adapt training accordingly. The content will be easy to access, stimulating and interactive.
Our core training programme will cover:
- What is revalidation?
- How to follow the Good medical practice framework.
- What does evidence look like?
- How much evidence is enough evidence?
- Understanding how to manage an e-portfolio.
- Keeping up-to-date with legislation and developments.
Please contact us to discuss your training requirements.
