Fitness 2 Practise Appraisal Training for Nurses and Midwives
Fitness 2 Practise offers a convenient and affordable e-Learning based appraisal training programme perfect for all nurses and midwives. The training is focused on the new revalidation requirements as defined by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
The requirements for nurses and midwives was formalized on 8th October 2015, and nurses and midwives would do well to prepare now.
At F2P we appreciate that the revalidation process for nurses and midwives will be a time-consuming addition to their already busy schedule. At its best, the process can be positive and career enhancing, at its worst, it can be burdensome and complex. The F2P training programme will guide nurses and midwives through the bureaucratic burdens, and help them benefit from the many positives of the revalidation process.
F2P staff have been involved with Revalidation since its inception, and have followed and informally participated in, the creation of the revalidation process for nurses and midwives. We have a deep knowledge and understanding of revalidation requirements as defined by the NMC.
As importantly, we know what it takes to fulfil revalidation requirements. The NMC Revalidation is important and useful, but it leaves much room for interpretation and we have found that many are left in a quandary as to what is expected from them. The F2P training programme will explain and interpret the requirements and thus ensure each nurse and midwife enters the spirit of the revalidation process.
